I'm afraid of what's ahead
When fear feels bigger than your faith.

Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?

For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.

Lord, I am afraid of what’s coming and I can’t talk myself out of it. You already know exactly what tomorrow holds, even the parts I’m dreading. Be my courage when mine runs out.
I don’t need every detail, I just need to know you are going ahead of me and will not leave me to face it alone. When fear whispers that I’m on my own, remind me that isn’t true. Steady my heart and let me walk forward anyway.
