We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose.
Brothers, I don’t regard myself as yet having taken hold, but one thing I do: forgetting the things which are behind, and stretching forward to the things which are before, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Lord, this grade stung more than I expected, and it's tempting to let it define how smart or capable I think I am. Remind me that one result doesn't tell the whole story of who I am or what I'm becoming. Help me learn what I actually need to from this instead of just feeling ashamed of it.
Give me the resilience to try again without dragging today's disappointment into tomorrow's effort. Steady my confidence in something more solid than a grade. In Jesus' name, Amen.
