Lord, losing this job has shaken more than just my finances, it has shaken my sense of who I am. Help me remember that my worth was never tied to a title or a paycheck. Provide for what my family needs, and open a door I couldn’t have opened myself.
While I wait and search, keep me from despair and keep my hands busy doing what I can control. I commit this uncertain season to you and trust you haven’t run out of plans for me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
