I feel overwhelmed by everything on my plate
When your mind races and peace feels far away.

“Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
From the end of the earth, I will call to you when my heart is overwhelmed. Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him, the saving help of my countenance, and my God.

He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint.
I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth.

Lord, there is too much on my plate and not enough of me to go around. I feel stretched thin, like I am failing everyone including myself. You said to bring you my burdens when I am weary, so here they are, I lay them at your feet.
Help me see what actually matters today and let the rest wait. Give me strength for this hour, not the whole week at once. Restore my soul like you promised, and remind me I don’t carry any of this by myself.
